Mr. Redzuan has a clinical background and training in physiotherapy. He graduated from Malaysian Allied Health and Science Academy (MAHSA) in 2009. After acquiring his diploma, he join the Institute as physiotherapist from 2011 until 2015, he was placed at Sport Rehabilitation Unit, at the Institute until today.

Mr. Redzuan has vast experience working together with Sports Medicine in managing traumatic musculoskeletal as well as sports related injuries. Due to his is passion and dedication especially working with elite athletes, he has been entrusted by National Sports Institute to participate in Islamic Solidarity Games Indonesia 2013, Asian Games Incheon South Korea 2014, Sea Games Kuala Lumpur 2017 and Asian Game Palembang Indonesia 2018.

He has a special interest in planning rehab exercise program for post-operative athlete from pre-rehab phases until return to sport. He utilize few methods namely,  core strengthening exercise, hydrotherapy exercise, sport specific activity exercise on field and rehab gym as part of rehabilitation progress and conducting special test protocol to athletes who wish to resume return  to sport in a safe manner. At leisure time, he enjoyed hiking and swimming.
